Turn Dreams into Reality – Quan Truong

Quan Truong was an alumni student at San Jose State University with a Business Management Degree. Quan had a deep desire to directly help people, and change others’ lives for the better. However, well into her professional career, she realized that she was giving up one thing that everyone wanted more—time. She saw that traditional schooling and their jobs were not leaving enough time to spend with family and friends. She wants a secure income, not just a secure job. She noticed that if she continued to pursue this path, she’d never have enough freedom to enjoy the flexibility. After seeing the harsh realities of the lifetime of long hours in the careers she was about to enter, she decided to change their direction. Quan aimed for a route that would allow them to live the life she wanted, while positively impacting the lives of others. She fully believes that everyone has a desire to make a life, not make a living only.

While changing the structure of her life and how she wanted to live it, she chose to empower people and help them achieve whatever vision she had for their own lives. She believes working hard to have financial freedom is hard, but not having financial freedom in this century is even harder. Every one of us we are on the journey to pursue the full development of our potential. And she wants to see what she can become with all she has been given. Quan shows individuals that when the dream is big enough, and the desire to succeed is strong enough, fear does not exist. In doing so, she has created countless strong relationships with individuals and couples who are like-minded and dare to live a life of significance.

Her journey was such a miracle thanks to her mentors’ guidance, she transformed her dreams into reality and now enjoys a rewarding career as a successful entrepreneur.
